Mr. Kevin Du Toit is much more than you would expect from a "traditional" realtor or broker. Lots of realtors wanted our listing and I said no to at least 50 of them. When Kevin called me to "fish" for my listing he actually sounded someone with business acumen. So, I invited him to an interview to our residence and we signed on with him the same day and haven't regret our decision. He is very knowledgeable, has a very likable personality and has delivered on all his promises so far. If he keeps going the "extra mile" for his clients he will never get obese and will always be in need of a comfortable pair of shoes.
