Tina Wu

Tina Wu seeks to build trusting, life-long relationships with the clients she serves. She does this by listening to their needs and priorities, protecting their interests, helping them decide what’s best for them, and walking alongside them as they realize their goals and dreams. 

Tina began her real estate career managing economical mini-home-makeovers for clients who wanted to list their homes for sale. This lead to opportunities in property management and to helping clients find homes and investment properties.

Tina is a former elementary school teacher and has worked in high-tech sales and marketing in the Silicon Valley. She has degrees in English and Education from Stanford and speaks Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese. She currently mentors pre-service teachers at Cal State Long Beach who are earning their teaching credentials. She resides with her husband and two children in Irvine and is especially knowledgeable about its local schools, neighborhoods, and amenities.
